The longer you smoke, the more damage you do to your body.If you want to quit smoking then take the below treatment:- take tabacum 200, 5 drops once in a week and arnica 30 ch, 5 drops once daily.Daphne indica 1x, 2 tabs twice daily.

Set a date to quit smoking. Say next sunday. Till then impose self restriction- like not to smoke in room, not to smoke alone, not to smoke before 12 noon, not to smoke in public places, not to smoke in front of girls .do not buy more than one cigarette at a time. Smoke with left hand go for a walk when you feel like smoking for more advise and medicine contact on private chat.

Dear user. I can understand. When we stop smoking for three or four days, the nicotine level in your body will come down. Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways.
