Don't eat sugar,sweetened juice including fruit juice,soft drinks,cola beverages.Take more whole fruits and vegetables.Eat unprocessed foods,whole grain,whole wheat.oats etc in small amount.Take extra protein foods for weight loss.Use healthy fat but in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.But not during meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Regular exercise like yoga,push ups,sit ups,plank,swimming,skipping,squat.You will loose weight and will stay healthy.
