It can be because of gas. If you do not eat on time or stress a lot or have long hours of fasting or have heavy n late dinners, this all can lead to excessive gas formation. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Most likely it happens when there is no fix time for a three day meals more over overeating and junk foods, food with heavy masala and oil and sedentary life style is responsible for this. More factors like smoking, alcohol intake etc also makes additional negative impact on it.
