Eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts.
U can also follow by adding vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet.
Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet too if you are non vegetarian. But keep in mind not to overdo it. The aim is to add weight, not cholesterol! You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads.

it can be fibromyalgia.
Some test may be required like cervical xray, diabetes, calcium, vitamin d etc. But first it will be good if you visit orthopaedic or physiotherapist personally for clinical examination.
Meanwhile take hot water bath twice a day and take healthy and balanced diet.
