If liver texture is normal in usg abd than the only option is to abstain alcohol otherwise it may progress to liver cirrhosis (failure). Dietary habits need to be changed for the feeling of fullness or if acidity is felt than go for antacids for 2-3 days.

Exotropia is common and treatable, especially when diagnosed and corrected at a young age. By about 4 months of age, the eyes should be aligned and able to focus. If you notice misalignment after this point, have it checked out by an eye doctor.

If you attach the lft and cbc reports that would help in reaching a diagnosis. We need to find out the cause of your jaundice first before starting any meds. So, I will suggest: 1.
