Don’t worry report is normal. It’s not because of liver problem. What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?

If liver texture is normal in usg abd than the only option is to abstain alcohol otherwise it may progress to liver cirrhosis (failure). Dietary habits need to be changed for the feeling of fullness or if acidity is felt than go for antacids for 2-3 days.
