Please avoid fatty and spicy food. Do not eat to a full level. You may be having reflux of acid. Drink cold milk 2-3 sips when ever you get burning sensation in chest. Please also get your spirometery done, as it will rule out airway disease. As far as urine colour is concerned please get your urine examination complete with lft done. It will guide you.
You can also get ultrasound whole abdomen done to see for pelvic organs.

Just do one thing go to general physician to that hospital ask him history of pt admitted last few days can anyhave infectious disease like hiv, hep b and hep c etc for some what clarification ask doctor about preventive measure for this infection .do not panic every niddle prick person do not get disease its rarest chance. Good luck.

tips to avoid sunburn
cover up .when working outside use umbrella, dark clothes ,hats avoid exposure as much as possible, stand in shady areas. Apply sunscreen lotion before going outside
avoid standing under sun for longer time especially between 10 am to 4 pm
use sunscreen lotion generously. If symptom persists consult dermatologist once.
