Hello Lybrate user. Low sodium levels is called as hyponatremia. There are many causes for hyponatremia. Like hypovolemic hyponatremia, euvolemic hyponatremia and hypervolemic hyponatremia, we need to evaluate the exact cause of hyponatremia to prevent the recurrence.

To make rosemary water, you can simply add fresh or dried rosemary leaves to boiled water and let it steep for 10-15 minutes. Then, strain out the leaves and let the water cool. You do not need to add any oils to the water.

If it is an infection it will not be cured by anti inflammatory drugs. It will most likely require antibiotics/antiviral. The main issue is to find out what is causing the inflammation, infection or some other pathology. Treatment will depend on that.
