I think you underwent decompression for thyroid exophthalmos, if you vision is equally good in both eyes there is no need to worry.
Some apparent squint will be resolved with time as limitation of movement is over with resolution of orbital oedema.
Donot worry much and keep in touch with your operating surgeon.
How long it had been since you got the operation.
I think you should Waite for 6 month before planning reoperation.

Your squint needs to be evaluated by an eye specialist. The cost will depend on the degree of squint & the no. Of muscles to be operated. Success rate again depends on your vision before surgery. Squint may reappear if you were amblyopic. The cost of myopia surgery depends on the type of surgery you are undergoing.
LASIK, being the most common, may cost you between 18000/- to 90000/-(Both Eyes, depending upon the type of LASIK undergone.

This is normally felt after squint surgery for a while. You can consult your operation surgeon on your next visit for your orthodontic checkup and refractive error if any. Have a good balanced diet and regular light exercise.

This is called Phoria. No need to worry about it, unless you have binocular vision anomalies. If you do not get headache or eye strain, do not worry. If strain is there, esp on computer work and TV or mobile watching, you need to get a cycloplegic refraction and than take Drs advise.

If your eye is diagnosed to be lazy, it will retain whatever vision it has but may not improve at your age. If there is a squint, it can be cosmetically corrected by surgery.
