Your bpm or heart rate crosses 200! that's not at all normal okay. You should never overstrain your heart. You might have heard about death in young athletes due to sudden arrest. It could cause that. Ideally your heart rate should follow 220- age. Which came to be about 196 in your case. But try to keep that on the lower side. Increase your activity gradually. It would be safer than starting running at a fast pace from rest.
