You shoulder will become stiff and the movements would be diminished. For the right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.

compression - you can use a crepe bandage or an ankle binder
elevation - keep your leg over a pillow when sleeping.
Do not try to bear weight over the affected leg. You might also be having ligament sprain and such issues are not seen on the xray. Give some time for the soft tissue healing. 1. Heel and calf stretch
this stretch targets the muscles in your lower leg, specifically your calf muscles.
To do this stretch:
stand facing a wall.
Place your hands on the wall and move one foot back as far as you can comfortably. Toes on both feet should be facing forward, heels flat, with a slight bend in your knees.

If you have low on cartillage you cannot jog or do cycling but only walk, take proper medicines and calcium to regenerate cartillage.

Knee strengthening exercises everyday and wearing knee support brace will helpfull to avoid increase in pain while walking.
