Take time more 7 to 10 months passive exercise done by the therapist take a walker without wheel and walk spine should be straight only standing exercise flex one leg and stand then another use chair not revolving do not sit on floor use choamote toe bending and heal up.

- Give rest to the affected area as exercising can aggravate the pain
- do hot fomentation of the area twice a day
- apply pain relief gel three times a day
- take pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more
- do x-ray of the area to rule out any other problem
- also consult a physical therapist for proper management of the problem.

- she should sit with a cushion or pillow
- apply pain relief gel three times a day
- can take pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more, max three times a day
- do spinal exercises to strengthen the spine
- get x- ray sacral region done to know the exact cause, consult a doctor.

Hi as you have explained it looks it is a case of complete spinal cord injury. As still sensations r absent it will take long to b fine. These automatic movements are becoz of spinal cord injury. Most important are sensations to b fine. Please cont with exercises & make him stand also.
