1) Hearing Test (OAE, BERA)
2) Psychological Evaluation (I.Q/D.Q) Test
3) Speech and Language therapy (after getting the result of above both test.)

By 2.5, child is expected to talk in sentences but some exceptions are possible. You need to get the developmental assessment done in detail if he has issue with concentration OR is he always on the run OR do you feel he doesn't respond to name call OR if he doesn't maintain eye contact while interacting with you all.

He may have mild difficulty in pronociation. If all other functions are normal then do not worry about it. It will also become normal wuth age. Be careful not to frequently correct him. Criicize him or make fun of him, because if you do this then your son will gradually lose confidence to talk freely and strat withdrawing or avoiding situation where he needs to talk.

Yes you can. Yoga has voice exercises which you may know from yoga guru near u. Ayurveda has a classic combo for voice sweetness like that if cuckoo. First learn and do yoga voice exercises for a month and report level of improvement so that I tell you further ciurse of action.
