Aap roj namak pani ka gargle aur steam ka inhalation kijiye. Gale ko aaram pahunchega. Ek baar me thoda khana khaiye. Raat me sone k 3 ghante pahle khana khaiye. Fast food kam khaiye.
Khane me hari sabjiya jyada lijiye. Ek phal roj khaiye. Roj kam se kam 30 mins exercise kijiye. Thode dino me aaram milega.

If symptoms seem to improving you should continue the treatment you are talking for few more days, and most likely you will be alright. However if symptoms worsen you should get a chest x ray and cbc done. And get your blood sugar and bp checked. Approach a physician, he will guide you regarding this.
