Since when r you having this. How is your appetite. What are other symptoms that you r having. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't s...more

Are your periods regular. If so then get your thyroid profile, cbc, lft, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Modified life style, regular exercise, near normal weight maintenance, taking healthy balanced food, avoiding sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, foods made from maida and colas. - Diabetes is the increase in blood sugar of the person
- it could be type 1 wherein there is lack of insulin production by the pancreas & type 2 ( more commonly found) wherein insulin is produced but there is a problem with its utilization by the body cells, in both cases the blood sugar increases.
