Dear user. I can understand. You are YOU. Whatever your behavior today, whatever your body language today are learned from your past experiences and social interactions. Whatever you have learned can be unlearned or over written. This is a continuous process happening throughout your life. I suggest cognitive behavior therapy for you. Take care.

It may not be related. You can talk to your doctor and discuss about your problems. Let the doctor check your BP and other vitals. You should also sort out the conflicts if present by analysing your situation with a cool attitude. You can learn some relaxation techniques or learn yoga and pranayam which can help you relax naturally and make you healthy and fit. Maintain a disciplined routine (read about healthy lifestyle from the internet) and have your priorities sorted out.
