Hi. You might be having Obstructive sleep apnea. Consult any chest physician and if OSA suspected. Sleep study required. Untreated OSA may cause hypertension/ increase incidence of heart attack, stroke, depression. Weight reduction also needs to be done. Thanks.

You do not seem to be very heavy for your height
Other issue is snoring us due to nasal block Nasal allergy Check with ENT surgeon as well as Pulmonologist.

Sleep inlateral position. Avoid common cold. Get ent examination to r/o adenoid/hypertrophied tonsils.

Dryness can be due to mouth breathing. Reduce weight if obese. Sleep in lateral position. Get sleep study done to evaluate need for CPAP.
