Considering your ae and how long you have smoked previously, the pain in right chest is not due to something insidious as you might worry. You haven't gave me additional information to help you in this case like does the pain increase with inhalation, duration and any oher associated symptoms. You should refrain from smoking. Smoke damages lungs because of generation of free radicals. Already your lungs have been damaged.
Moreover, the hearing process wil take longer if you smoke.
