Dear Vipul,
Cough is s symptom of many illnesses. So, it needs treatment based on the diagnosis.
If it is diagnosed as smoker's cough, then your friend needs to stop smoking weed to control it. If the cough is diagnosed as TB, TB medicines will cure it.
