Hello.
Its great decision to quit. Set a date when you will absolutely not smoke. Work towards that day by gradually decreasing the number of cigarettes per day. Buy only one cigarette at a time and walk ten minutes to a shop before you buy the next one. You can also use the nicotine chewing gums available in chemists. You can consult a psychiatrist for medications to reduce craving. Good luck!
