Thanks for your query and Welcome to Lybrate. I am Dr Akshay from Fortis Hospital, New Delhi.
You can find these findings in a lot of patients but i need to know your clinical details in order to actually prescribe you a treatment plan.
Please tell me : Intensity of low back pain, any radiation of pain to legs and any associated neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness in legs and paresthesias like electrical shock like sensations etc in legs?

if you have localized back pain with
- no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home.
- avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc
- take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days
- take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm

Brother first of all do back strengthening exercises. Check on google for core back exercises. Avoid forward bending. Weight lifting. Even 5 kg too.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
