Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

For reducing belly fat, consume foods that contain soluble fibre such as nuts, seeds, lentils and beans. Never skip breakfast. Avoid eating bad fats but eat foods that contain good fats. Avoid eating oily, junk and processed food.

Go for regular brisk walking for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Consult a dietician. So that you can have a nutricious, healthy and least fatty diet. Aim for 1 kg per month and iprove your life style.

Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have controlled meal portions. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time.

You are about 8-10 kgs overweight. You need to reduce your diet and increase daily exercise and reduce about 2 kgs a month. Body fat/ belly comes from excessive eating / poor food habits. This needs to be corrected, now since you are young and its possible to do it. Also 60 mins of good cardio exercises daily are needed. Once you switch to healthier habits, you will become fit and get into the shape you aspire to be in.

You need a diet of 1700 for yourself + 500 for feeding the baby = Total requirement is about 2200. Since your baby is already 5 months old, you can go for a weight reduction program now with a balanced diet. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc.If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.
