taking proper sleep is good to give your brain some rest but when your working to work brain needs enery. You have to see if your diet is normal. What kind of work you do like sedentary or you have to be physically active.

That could be due to disturbed sleep in the night. Have some physical activity like walking/jogging in the morning for one hour every day. Go to bed by 10 pm. Befor going to bed do not watch tv, donot look at or use your mobile phone after 8 pm or atleast 2 hours befor your bed time.
