Hi, I am 31 years old. I get facial done once in a month. Exfoliate once in a while. I eat watery fruits like watermelon and can notaloupe almost daily. Avoid sugar in general and salt (after 8 pm). Can I take any supplements or apply any cream to improve the texture of my skin and even tone it. I'm already taking iso-tretinoin on alternate days to get rid of pimples. You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). Mix n apply on face with the help of cotton. Leave for a few minutes then wash off. Apply moisturizer like coconut oil.

Hi, I had really tiny bumps all over my face specially in my t-zone and I thought they were pimples and I consulted a dermatologist for it. So she prescribed a benzoyl peroxide wash and tretinoin cream. After I started using it, I started getting actual pimples like those painful under the skin bumpy ones and now they have left dark spots on my face. On researching I got to know those tiny bumps were malassezia folliculitis and I applied a cream containing ketoconazole in it. Now those tiny bumps are all cured now but those spots remain.
