An osteosarcoma tumor may cause a dull aching pain in the bone or joint around the tumor. Often, there is a firm swelling or lump in the area of the pain. This swelling is caused by the tumor growing inside the bone. If the cancer is in a leg bone, the person may limp.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

For small bump first we need to take a look of that bump and then only we can decide. If the bump is fat called lipoma we can leave it if there is no symptoms. But medicines we can oly decide after looking into that. You may need medicines or surgery most probably if it's causing symptoms.
