Hii, I am 18 years old male. Recently I found out that I have some lump in my chest. It is located in centre of the chest just like 5 cm below the collarbone. It is not visible from outside and it's soft to feel and freely moves. Its only on the upper middle part of chest and it hasn't shown any growth in past 2 week. Its small and somewhat circular to oval. It causes no pain. It feels like its under the skin but not attach anywhere.
