Before replacements, you should try physiotherapy for 4-6 months. because you will have always some issue for knee after replacement also
otherwise today in market available life long implant wth good quality. Choice depends on years' cost. Consult with implant representative in urs area.

Hi. Have you done any strengthening program after that. or Are you going to gym to strengthen knee muscles. Gym Rehab is important before starting to jog or Run. if you are going to gym try to concentrate on core muscles also along with strengthening. warm up and cool down is essential before and after jogging or running respectively.
