L4 l5 disc bludge indents thecal sac and both the l5 nerve roots. Mild straightening of cervical logistic curvature, this is indicative of para spinal muscle spasm. Mild diffuse c5-c6 posterior disc bludge indents anterior subarachnoid space and both exciting c6 nerve roots. How severe the problem is? How to deal with it? I am in marketing profession, so I travel lot via bike and train.
