Which tendon is torn?
usually arthroscopy is required to repair torn tendon. Medicine isn't helpful.

If you have pain in the shoulder torn muscles you must avoid using cold temperatures anywhere it is because of neuro sensory inhibition
for pain you can have clinically repair the muscle permananently with good arthroscopy specialist and post rehabilitation
or temporarily you can subsidise with analgesic on prescription and laser therapy or ift physiotherapy treatments for 2weeks

It is suggestive of impingement syndrome.
You need to take good care and treatment otherwise this will keep increasing and mat lead to Rotator cuff tear which is common sequelae.
Before starting treatment, clinical examination and MRI would be ideal to confirm the diagnosis.

Peri arthritis is stiffness of shoulder joint. The soft tissues around shoulder becomes tight and prevents free shoulder movement. It can happen in people with diabetes, heart disease or thyroid problem. Start physiotherapy and consult orthopaedic surgeon. 90% get better with out any surgical intervention. Very few need arthroscopy. When you get better continue with shoulder exercises regularly.

Application of ice may be helpful to reduce pain associated with Winged Scapula or Scapular Winging, although it is a very difficult endeavor as it is a very tough place to apply ice. Cold application works better than warm or heat treatment for Winged Scapula or Scapular Winging. Are u diabetic? If yes your sugar needs to be controlled first. For the shoulder ull need steroid injections in the joints if ur sugar is normal. This will expediate the return of movements. U will also need physiotherapy along with some anti-inflammatory medicines.

You can use the ice if the duration of pain is shorter, or if pain is severe with swelling and redness. otherwise you can use warm water pouring on affected part. you can avoid heavy weight lifting. do some free exercise without any weight slow that relieves your pain slowly.
