if positive pft then plan hrct thorax accordingly in discussion with chest physician if needed and start her on mdi pump only from a chest physician

Get hemoglobin and abg done for pao2 which is more accurate.

betadine gargle with hot to warm water add ,5 ml solution gargle it before meal than spit it out two times at least ten days.
seroflow inhaler two puffs twice or as required.

start running in morning/exercise this will increase your breath holding capacity.

2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.

Yes some meds lead to sleepiness don't worry has the breathlessness gone down if not do aec and total serum ige and inform if breathlessness still there.
