Please help me I started quit smoking on august 2021, simply quit. Than one by one mouth and throat issues occurred. I had series of infection from throat, voice box, palate, gums. All treated. But slowly since december I am not able to concentrate and my work, even now I constantly live with a fear of something serious. Last infection was hard palate infection, than a small area with no color change and pain but that very tiny area seems slight round and on finger touch feels like a very soft ball (tiny ball) which randomly irritates me. Few days back after morning shower I got fainted, luckily my dad and mom were just outside of the washroom door. My brother and parents carried me to bed and after 20 to 30 minutes I had my senses back and for few moment I forget where I am and who all these people. My bp check during my unconscious period was 86/72 with heart rate of 55, when I got my senses back my bp was 128/87 with heart rate of 79. Doctor waited for next 2 hours in my home and left saying observe. Than again whenever I am alone my throat feels like tight, sometimes feels like I can not swallow my saliva, no issues with drinking or eating food. My diet also well planned. Regular touched with ent, dentist even the hod of maxillofacial and oral surgeon of my nearby dental college I strongly away from smoking but all these sometimes makes me very sad and used to cry out. Shortness of breathing was gone in november 2021, than doctor noted on my test report as nad. And referred me to someone who planned by diet. Ent surgeon also checked me said I have acid reflux on december. I do not know whats happening to me, when I used to smoke I had no single health issue. Now slowly I am lost, do not know what to do. Parents also getting worried about me I am from guwahati assam, can anyone near help me out. I am willing to do anything but do not want to smoke again.

Difficulty in breathing can also be due to the panic you are having due to claustrophobia. A ct scan can better detect that whether everything is alright with your lungs. See a psychiatrist for helping you with the claustrophobia.
