I have constant upper  middle abdominal pain  whole day. After I consulted the doctor he did an examination with endoscopy and found that I have hiatus hernia and gerd this happened at before 6 months. After that I took treatment for this for 3 months later I stopped. Recently again I consulted doctor he just pressed my stomach and said severe gastric. But my problem has not solved till now. I am also constipated mostly. I drink water  half an hour after  completed my meal but my stomach has tightened hard and causing pain constant whole day. How to overcome this problem?
