Resisted terminal knee extension: make a loop with a piece of elastic tubing by tying a knot in both ends. Close the knot in a door at knee height. Step into the loop with your injured leg so the tubing is around the back of your knee. Lift the other foot off the ground and hold onto a chair for balance, if needed. Don't repeat injection as it increases risk of infection to the knee, if your osteoarthritis change are more, go for knee replacement after discussion with your orthopaedician.

I will tell you exercise for yours problem, flat foot that might trigger the pain always and however we treat that may not help. Hot water fermentation will help and that can be done by immersing the foot in hot water. Wear mcr chappals
you need to have sound sleep for you to have good nourishment and also have good energy throughout the day. If not the bones strength, vitality will be lost and that will lead to poor metabolism. Change your life style and practice good habits.

You can take her to physiotherapy clinic and ask them for traction for the lower back for 5 days with swd after 5 days, ift+us therapy for 10 days.
In about 2 weeks the pain and the compressions will be reduced. Alternatively if you can get pemf therapy it will be more helpfull in reducing pain.
Same ift+us therapy can be given to neck to reduce pain and relaxing the muscles.

It looks like you are anemic it is better to consume good protein in the diet and also vitamins especially vitamin d - sunshine vitamin.
