Hi and thanks for question. Because of excess stress our thinking pattern can change so we many times feel low sexual desire but it not like that your sexual power lost.
First thing if in morning erection is present than no any physical illness. Try to reduce your stress with meditation and if it not help than consult psychiatrist and start treatment regarding your anxiety. Sexual power will increase with your reduce of anxiety.

Hi Sriballabh... usually on arousal the lubricants are secreted naturally in vagina... but in some cases like when it is absent... and vagina is dry or the vaginal opening is narrow... then the intercourse becomes very painful... so in that case use of lubricants.. can help easy intercourse... and avoids pain ...
