I give full training of kegel exercise. You can start by imaging as if you have to stop urine. When we do so, the anal sphincter also closes. Do so for 10 sec, then relax for 10 sec. Do alternately 15 times. It will take 5 min. Do in different postures. In lying, standing and sitting posture. Slowly in 3-4 months you will full control on ejaculation.
