Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

You should take early morning sun exposure.
Take milk and milk products.
Also green veges and seasonal fruit.
If in case can afford then take a multivitamin tablet..

- you can have the supplement, but better to get your nutrients from natural foods
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk and milk products, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas and nuts
- add a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals to provide you with continuous energymore

Yes, you can take whey protein. Buy any brand. Just take care whey protein should be at least 80% per serving. For example if one serving is of 30 grams, then at least 24 grams come from whey protein.

- yes, you can use as per recommended dose
- also have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones & protein rich foods so as to keep you fit & provide the body with all the necessary nutrients as supplements should be avoided for long term use unless there is a specific deficiency symptom.

Alovera, flex seed, ragi instead of aata, mixed aata with jawar, bajra, beshan. Rabadi made by bajra aata n buttermilk.
