Yes you can use ra thermoseal or any other sensitivity tooth paste but I would advice you to visit your dentist to find out the main cause behind sensitivity. Coz there might be caries or decay and if there is any decay, you should get it treated for permanent relief.

Cause of tooth sensitivity is:
tooth caries (cavities)
gum disease gingivitis & periodontitis- root is exposed
tooth attrition, erosion, abrasion-tooth grinding, loss of tooth structure. 
fractured teeth
compromised tooth fillings or broken filling
exposed tooth root etc.

Any Fluoridated Or Fluoride Releasing tooth paste Are best For Regular Use. For Sensitive teeth SENSODYNE Rapid Relief IS better. Dantkanti Is Also Good For Sensitive Teeth.

These commercially available tooth paste are one n the same thing.Both says they work in reducing the tooth senstivity due to cold intake.These may help olny during the early stages but when there is sensation to both cold and hot drinks and pain, you need to visit a dentist.

Change the paste. Use colgate sensitive pro-relief toothpaste and mouthwash. If the problem persist, you can visit a dentist. The dentist can either filled the sensitive areas if possible or apply desensitizing agent.

If there is no relief from sensitivity even after using sensodyne toothpaste then its better to consult a dentist as there are number of causes due to which sensitivity occurs. Cavities in tooth or teeth also can cause sensitivity which can be treated by only filling the tooth or teeth.
