These commercially available tooth paste are one n the same thing.Both says they work in reducing the tooth senstivity due to cold intake.These may help olny during the early stages but when there is sensation to both cold and hot drinks and pain, you need to visit a dentist.

Change the paste. Use colgate sensitive pro-relief toothpaste and mouthwash. If the problem persist, you can visit a dentist. The dentist can either filled the sensitive areas if possible or apply desensitizing agent.

If there is no relief from sensitivity even after using sensodyne toothpaste then its better to consult a dentist as there are number of causes due to which sensitivity occurs. Cavities in tooth or teeth also can cause sensitivity which can be treated by only filling the tooth or teeth.
