See scoliosis that too 15 years old is a chronic condition and you need to exercise very regularly for this. As this may result in more curvature of spine if you ignore. 2. Learn spinal exercises.
3. Don't sit on floor.
4. Don't lift heavy things.
5. Wear lumber spine belt.
6. Apply volini cream before sleeping.
7. Do Hot fermentation twice a day.
8. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Avoid bending in front.
Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall.
Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Hi your scoliosis is called degenerative scoliosis. Which can cause back pain because of wear and tear. Only thing anyone can do is mainly to control pain, but can not be treated completely. With you r other heart problems - you can still try some swimming if possible. Regarding the medication - you should try pregabalin + methylcobalamin will help regarding the pains. Furthur assessment by mri scans and clinically too.
