Lose weight if necessary.
Maintain healthy lifestyle start exercising.
Nuts, such as almonds, pistachios, and walnuts, contain high amounts of unsaturated fat or “good” fats, which increase high-density lipoprotein (hdl) and lower low-density lipoprotein (ldl).

your levels are quite high (normal 65-70). These levels can put you at risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and of course serious liver disease. Also you smoke. I am sorry to see you are not at all concerned about your health. You must reduce alcohol and smoking and gradually give it up before the damage is irreversible. No medicine will be able to help you at that time.

Eggs as a whole contain nutrients such as vitamin D, biotin, and protein. Egg yolk does contain cholesterol but if your lipid levels are normal and you exercise regularly then consuming one whole egg throughout the day does not raise your LDL levels. But, the way you consume the egg matters, if you cook it with butter or add cheese or lot of oil for frying then that poses a risk for increase in LDL levels.
