1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc.
2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats.
3. Avoid processed and junk foods.
4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful.
5. Stay hydrated.
6. Have a light dinner.
7. Evening walk is always recommended.
8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements.
9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources.

For your sight, simplest solution is to use spectacles. Another alternative is to use contact lenses (needs everyday insertion & removal before sleep at night). Long term, permanent solution includes getting laser vision correction or lasik. Depending on your profession, suitability, life style & affordability, you can go for one of the options.

1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals…
2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals…
3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach. 4) apply mixture of milk and aloe vera gel on face with gentle massage daily…
Do all these things for 15 days …it gives you excellent result…THANKS.
