Medrol is an oral steroid, usualy given in dermatology to control acute allergic or inflammatory condition. It's not an absolute treatment of scabies but it can be used in uncontrolled inflammation or pruritis due to scabies in some cases. This should not be prolonged and tapered gradually. Meanwhile continue the scabies treatment.

Take tab. Scavista / vermin/ ivermectol (12 mg) one single dose today along with application of permite 5% skin lotion today night from head to toe before bedtime (including your family members.
