Hello it's a self limiting disease means it will cure by itself no specific drug needed
however for pain in elbows and knees you can give paracetamol suspension. Give plenty of oral fluids. Hot water sponging relieves from irritation.

If common cold, sinus infection or allergies are the reason for loss of smell, it can be restored on its own when the infection ends. Meanwhile, brain tumours or head trauma can become a reason for permanent loss of smell. If anosmia or loss of smell occurs in old age people, it might be possible that it remains forever as it can't be treated after an age.

Dear lybrate-user,
it seems you have a weak digestive system which is causing weight loss and your immunity is suffering.
I suggest you start drinking mineral water with 150+ ppm. For digestion, take himalaya bael once daily.
Practice diaphragmatic breathing daily.
Try to get minimum 8 hours of sleep.
Get sunlight exposure daily.
I wish you all the best.
