Gargling is good. Water should be warm and add turmeric also. Take Tribhuwan kirti rasa and Laxmivilas rasa. Suck marichyadi vati. Instil Anu tel in both nostrils. Do for a week. Consult if necessary.

liq ULGEL 10 ML without water two three hours , nothing by mouth till 30 min. so mucosa of stomach is safe.

Rinse rinse rinse and use mouthwash.. Usually if dettol is diluted it won't cause big trouble but reaction varies person to person. If symptoms persist then examination is must.
