Dear sir
your fathers blood sugar is not controlled, and his lipids are alos out of range. His diabetic medication will need to be modified, probably by increasing the dose. He needs to reduce fats, increase fibre intake and get proper physicla exercise alsong with that to bring his levels to normal. Once sugar is controlled the gtriglycerides will also come down a bit. As for ldl, you have not mentioned the values, if these are high he will nee to start medication for that.
