I think that there is no problem if you have sex or only stimulate the clitoris. If there is no pain on the removed site then you may stimulate the clitoris. If you have pain then wait for at least 10 days.

The true etiology of antrochoanal polyps is unknown but a case series review of 200 antrochoanal polyps found that the only significant risk factor is an anatomic anomaly.
