2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. unfortunately, a cure is not yet established, but maybe we can work on making you slightly more comfortable. Please share all treatments that you have tried so far and which of them worked even a little bit for you.(nasal irrigation and douches; nose drops (e.g. Glucose-glycerine, liquid paraffin); antibiotics and antimicrobials; vasodilators etc)

Age? What medicines are you taking. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast.
