it's always good to save a tooth than extraction ,if your dentist is confident and can save your tooth it's better to go for rct.

it can be a coincidence. sinusitis can be due to bad Rct. advise you to get both teeth checked i think re RCT and apicoectomy will be needed

it can be some infection below the roots or in adjacent tooth. it has to be evaluated clinically with xray.
