Please get CT abdomen to look for any stone in left kidney pipe. If present then both side stones should be taken out endoscopically by a urologist. If there is no stone in left side then right stone should be taken out endoscopically by a urologist either PCNL or RIRS.

Endoscopic Surgery in the form of URS, RIRS or PCNL would be the best option for your problem. Depends on the location of stone whether in upper or lower ureter.

Rirs is another option which does not involve any incision or stitch. Just meet a urologist who is good at RIRS.

Stone size less than 4 mm does not require any treatment and is excreted inurine. Bigger stone can cause obstruction in the ureter and can lead to complication. It may require surgery. Take USG KUB and consult urologist for advice and treatment.
