It is called as rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the proximal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is rheumatic arthritis. To avoid inflammation ,avoid having high carbohydrate rich food,include fruits like cherries,berries,pineapple,vitamin c rich fruits,bell peppers in the diet.Omega 3 rich food like walnuts ,avocado,olive oil should be included in the diet.Avoid trans fat.About exercises all the joint should be moved in full range of motion everday.
