Pleased to know that you are willing to make modifications to your lifestyle. The first step you need to do is to reduce your weight by 5-7 kg over the next few months. This will bring your bmi into the safe zone.
Proper diet and exercise will help you to do that. Please consult for more on diet and exercise.

Dear sir
your fathers blood sugar is not controlled, and his lipids are alos out of range. His diabetic medication will need to be modified, probably by increasing the dose. He needs to reduce fats, increase fibre intake and get proper physicla exercise alsong with that to bring his levels to normal. Once sugar is controlled the gtriglycerides will also come down a bit. As for ldl, you have not mentioned the values, if these are high he will nee to start medication for that.

Hello sir,
you are very young to have dyslipidemia. This will be detrimental for long term health. But with proper diet, exercise and medications we can turn the tables. I need detail history of your lifestyle and food pattern. Would have to customise your treatment accordingly. Kindly connect for further consultation.
