You must be hypertensive as this is one of the most common cause of LVH. If the thickness is not very high and you don't have a high diastolic dysfunction you don't have to worry.
In case if you are hypertensive then ace inhibitors or arb are the best suited medicine for you (if KFT and electrolytes are normal).

If you have hypertension, or take treatment for hypertension, meet a physician and keep BP under control. If mild hypertrophy is without hypertension, meet a mild cardiologist. Avoid meeting a severe cardiologist for mild hypertrophy.

As per cardiac point of view low fat diet is recommonded. But in case of CKD dependes what stage you belong. Some back ground needed for example diabetes/ hypertension and investigations ll determine your diet pattern as far as CKD is concerned.
